Kaelei Atkins is this year's valedictorian of Sylvan Hills High School in Sherwood. Grace Persson is salutatorian.
Atkins, daughter of Shelby and Dorinda Atkins, will be attending Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn. She plans to pursue a career in the medical field.
Persson, daughter of Nathaniel and Lisa Persson, will attend the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and plans to further her studies at Moody Bible Institute.
