A flotilla of boats will make its waterless way through downtown Little Rock during the Landlubbers Boat Float on Main, 6 p.m. Saturday. The boats, vehicles and people will be decked out in celebratory finery for this "holiday-theme boat parade" along Seventh and Main streets.
