A third arrest has been made in the death of an Italian tourist who was fatally shot in west Little Rock earlier this year.

Fanicqua J. Blalock, 24, was booked into the Pulaski County jail around 9:30 p.m. Thursday. She faces charges of aggravated robbery and capital murder.

According to a Little Rock Police Department report, Blalock is accused of playing a role in the July 28 shooting death of Carlo Marigliano, 31, during a robbery at 1601 N. Shackleford Road. A police spokeswoman said she didn't immediately have additional details about the arrest.

Marigliano was an Italian citizen, police said.

Since Little Rock police began investigating, two others have also been arrested. Andre Lamont Jackson, 32, and Charina Fort, 31, are both being held at the Pulaski County jail on capital murder charges, online records show.

Blalock was being held without bail.

An Oct. 12 court date is scheduled.

I hope they are convicted of capital murder charges and put away for an eternity. They don't deserve the freedom of walking on the free Earth's soil. I would say sentence them to death, but we know how that usually goes....they die of old age in prison instead before their death sentence could be carried out.

America is a dangerous country for citizens of civilized nations to visit.

Well, guess how many citizens of color some of those other civilized nations have percentage wise! Guess who causes most of these robbery/murders. Sometime we need to call a spade a spade.

Pretty sure you can find good and bad people in every country around the world. Little Ruck appears to have more than its share of the bad ones.

Haphog’s racist comment demonstrates another of the hazards of vacationing in uncivilized lands.

I understand the family of the victim is requesting bail be set and they all be released in their custody. There will be no public trial nor evidence they ever existed.
