SPRINGDALE -- Quinton Fisher, 24, of 4044 Rochester Court was arrested Monday in connection with rape, terroristic threatening, false imprisonment and aggravated assault on a family or household member.
A woman told police she and Fisher were at 603 Black Oak Ave. on Friday, and he woke her the next morning by grabbing her hair and dragging her to the floor. She said he choked her, hit her and made her take sleeping pills over the course of the weekend, according to the preliminary arrest report.
Fisher was also arrested in connection with possession of a controlled substance and domestic battering, misdemeanors.
Fisher was being held at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
