Authorities have identified the driver who was killed in a head-on crash involving two vehicles Monday afternoon.
The Benton Police Department said Judy Burton-Bradford, 76, of Bryant was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which was near Arkansas 35 and Edison Avenue.
Police said the driver of the second vehicle, who was not identified, as well as three children inside that vehicle were injured and taken to hospitals after the wreck, which occurred shortly before 4 p.m.
The cause of the crash is under investigation, the department said.
