Railroad track maintenance requires closing Arkansas 29 near the Louisiana line and detouring traffic, the Arkansas Department of Transportation said. Union Pacific Railroad will close the highway from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather permitting, to allow work to be done on a railroad crossing. Detour signs will indicate the designated routes for motorists to follow while crossing the Arkansas and Louisiana line.
