• William Lee Marshall, 48, of Panama City, Fla., was arrested Friday in connection with rape. Marshall was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Demetrice Williams, 34, of 1900 Forsythia was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Williams was released at 3:40 p.m. Saturday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
• Michael Scales, 38, of 287 E. 12th St. was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Scales was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

• Remail Joash, 27, of 804 Kay Sue Drive was arrested Saturday in connection with aggravated assault of a household or family member and terroristic threatening. Joash was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

• Louis Cleek, 48, of 81 Northwood St. in West Fork was arrested Friday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Cleek was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
