An Arkansas woman has won $200,000 off a scratch-off ticket, the state lottery says.

According to Friday social media posts from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, 52-year-old Sheila Hayes paid $10 for the All the Money ticket at Sunshine Star Food Mart, 105 E. Main St., in Prescott.

The Prescott resident, who said she's a weekly lottery player, told officials she plans to use her winnings to buy a house.

How about those other players who combined lost millions playing those $10 scratch offs?
Where is the headline for them?

Everyone has the right to play the lottery scratch off if they can afford it. If you cannot afford to play, don't. But don't be jealous is someone hits the jackpot. Personally I am proud of them.
