A man accused of exposing himself to at least four women at an Arkansas shopping mall in the last month has been identified and charged, police said.

Dylon Hollowell, 21, faces four counts of indecent exposure after he surrendered to police Thursday, reports show. He also has reportedly been criminally banned from Turtle Creek Mall, 3000 E. Highland Road in Jonesboro.

The most recent offense took place Feb. 16, police said, when officers responded to the mall's Payless ShoeSource store about 2:30 p.m. A 22-year-old told officers that a man exposed himself to her in the store, then walked toward the J.C. Penney.

A similar crime was reported Feb. 1, when a 41-year-old woman said a male stranger followed her in the Target and started performing a sex act.

Police believe Hollowell was responsible in those crimes as well as in harassing two Target employees Jan. 29.

A 39-year-old worker told authorities that Hollowell picked up an item she dropped and handed it to her, then unzipped his pants.

A 52-year-old employee said she was bent over to pick up books from a bottom shelf when she felt something touch her buttock, then saw Hollowell standing behind her. The employee told police she at first thought she bumped into him by mistake but then felt Hollowell touch her again.

The 21-year-old then exposed himself to her as she tried to confront him. Store video shows him performing a sexual act in the aisle before their interaction, the police report states.

Hollowell came to the police station Thursday and said he was the person involved in the offenses, but was under the influence of "laced marijuana" and did not remember his actions while inside the Target, according to a separate report. He said he did not remember going to any of the mall's other stores.

Hollowell is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
