Offices in plans for Rogers parcel

Venture Park LLC recently purchased about 17 acres in Rogers that will be developed into Class B office space, according to a Thursday news release.

The property at 5911 W. Myers Ranch Blvd. was formerly known as Myers Ranch and will be renamed Venture Park. The property sold for $2.9 million in late May, according to county records.

Plans are to develop flexible Class B office space ranging from 20,000 to 60,000 square feet, according to the release. Todd Fleeman is president of Venture Park LLC of Bentonville, according to state records.

"We are seeing an increased desire for higher ceilings, open concept workspaces and more amenities," said David Erstine, vice president at commercial real estate and service firm CBRE, who represented the buyer in the sale.
