Authorities responded Wednesday morning to a shooting in Wrightsville, according to a Pulaski County sheriff's office news release.

Deputies said the shooting resulted from a dispute that happened around 11:40 a.m. in the 13900 block of Arkansas 365, the release states.

The 63-year-old victim was shot in the leg and taken to UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock for treatment, according to the release.

Authorities were still looking for the shooter, who ran from the scene, as of Wednesday afternoon. No further information was released.
