4th Judicial District Drug Task Force

• Paul Brown, 41, of 614 Knight Ave. in Lowell was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a firearm by a certain person, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. Brown was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $7,500 bond.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Doyle Nicholas Powers, 56, of 604 E. Lake St. in Paragould was arrested Friday for kidnapping, domestic battering, aggravated assault on a household or family member and terroristic threatening. Powers was being held at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Timmy Bronson, 42, of 186 Ramington Drive Apt. B in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bronson was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.

Little Flock

• Logan Isaac Hahn, 18, of 6522 E. Hahndo Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hahn was being held at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Santana Minjarez, 30, of 703 Shipley St. was arrested Friday in connection with manufacturing of a controlled substance and two counts possession of drug paraphernalia. Minjarez was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,500 bond.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Carl Belt, 29, of 7842 John Garison Road in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with leaving the scene of an accident with injury. Belt was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,000 bond.
