• The Art of Bubbles Champagne Seminar, 6-8 p.m. March 20. Instructors Maggie and Aaron will teach participants about the different methods used to create sparkling wines and lead students through a "flight of wines from France and Italy." $50 includes light snacks.

• Easter Brunch With Amanda Denys, 6-8 p.m. March 29. Menu: Honey Curried Rack of Lamb with Roasted Grapes, Carrot Fennel Arugula Salad. $50 includes a complimentary glass of wine.
