The Valley of the Vapors Festival kicks off Friday, with bands playing at Low Key Arts, Maxine’s, Adair Park and secret sites around town. The festival is produced by Low Key Arts, the Hot Springs nonprofit also responsible for the Hot Water Hills Festival, among other events.
