BENTONVILLE -- The intersection between Southeast 28th and Southeast C streets will have lane shifts from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today for the installation of a traffic signal.
Traffic delays will occur throughout the day. Weather or other unforeseen circumstances could postpone the work.
