President Donald Trump's administration has informed members of Congress that it has reached an agreement that will allow Chinese telecommunications-equipment maker ZTE Corp. to remain in business, according to two people familiar with the matter.

So, jobs in China are more important than jobs in the US. Selling technology to Iran is okay if China does it, but not if anyone else does it. This would mar Trump's push for sanctions against Iran when all you have to do is whisper sweet nothings in his ear to get past them. The continuing stupidity of the Trump administration.
