A Conway man broke into a woman's car while it was inside a garage, made too much noise and got caught Friday, according to an arrest report.
Officers responded to the 1300 block of Hendrix Avenue in Little Rock on Friday after a woman called to report that a man was in her vehicle parked in her garage, an arrest report said. The woman yelled at the man, and he ran away, officers reported.
Kenneth Terrell, 32, was in the Pulaski County jail Friday evening, facing charges of breaking and entering and theft of property.
