Dr. Sarah Beth Holcomb - Dr. Allan McKenzie

Dr. Sarah Beth Holcomb and Dr. Allan McKenzie were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, in a rooftop ceremony at The Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach, Fla. Jeff McKenzie, brother of the groom, officiated.

Rhonda and Rick Holcomb of Jonesboro are the parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of Hillard and the late Dona Holcomb and Bobbie and E.J. Wanscott, all also of Jonesboro.

The parents of the groom are Barbara Louise and Ronald Dee McKenzie of North Little Rock. His grandparents are the late Loretta and Ira Cupples of North Little Rock and the late Anna Frances and L.E. McKenzie of Pine Bluff.

Vows were exchanged at sunset under an arbor of foliage and white roses. Music was by Emily Nolan on piano, guitar and ukulele.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a satin and tulle ivory sleeveless gown with a chapel train. The Empire bodice had a deep V-neckline and beaded belt at the natural waist. She carried a white and blush hand-tied bouquet of peonies, garden roses, calla lilies and spray roses.

Maid of honor was Loren Jett McKenzie, daughter of the groom. She wore a blush chiffon A-line gown and carried a petite version of the bridal bouquet.

Beckham Stoune McKenzie served as his father's best man.

After the ceremony, there was a cocktail reception on the rooftop, followed by a seated dinner in the hotel's Hemingway Ballroom. Tables were decorated with arrangements of lilies, calla lilies and white and blush garden and spray roses.

The bride has a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and a doctor of medicine from the Ross University School of Medicine. She completed residency training in family medicine at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Regional Programs West in Fort Smith. She is an associate professor in the College of Family and Preventive Medicine at UAMS and practicing at Baptist-UAMS Family Medicine Graduate Medical Education Program at Baptist Health Medical Center-North Little Rock.

The groom is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a bachelor's degree in biology and has a medical degree from UAMS, where he also completed a residency program in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine. He has a private practice in family medicine.

The couple will live in Little Rock and plan a spring honeymoon in Italy.
