Brad Bailey will take over as executive director of the Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Arkansas on Feb. 1. He has worked for the agency for more than 19 years and has been director of finance and is the current chief operations officer.

Dustin Scott has joined the Fayetteville office of Weichert, Realtors -- The Griffin Company.

Andrea Ritchie was hired as account executive at CJRW's Northwest Arkansas office. She was communications manager of Visit Bentonville and director of Bike Bentonville, a partnership between Visit Bentonville and Bentonville Parks and Recreation. Ritchie has a masters of education in sport and recreation management as well as a bachelor of arts in advertising and public relations, both from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.

Crystal Denham, a registered nurse in the recovery and neuro-interventional radiology departments at Washington Regional Medical Center, recently earned designation as a certified perianesthesia nurse. Denham, who has been at Washington Regional since 2010, graduated from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville with a bachelor of science in nursing and has completed advanced coursework toward a doctorate in nursing practice. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, Arkansas Nurses Association and American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses.

Casie Gott, a registered nurse in the emergency department at Washington Regional Medical Center, recently earned certification in emergency nursing. Gott graduated with a bachelor of science in nursing from Arkansas State University at Jonesboro. She joined Washington Regional in 2015 and has worked as emergency department coordinator and preceptor for the past year.

Ashley Bunch, a registered nurse and operating room educator at Washington Regional's North Hills Surgery Center, recently earned designation as a certified ambulatory infection preventionist. Bunch, who has been with Washington Regional for more than 15 years, earned an associate degree in nursing at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in Miami, Okla. She also has achieved certified nurse-operating room designation.

Leigh Ann Johnston was named a Washington County representative on the Beaver Water District board of directors. Johnston, who is a graduate of the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, Ga., joined Tyson Foods in 2001 and serves as director of sustainable food strategy. She serves as Tyson Foods' representative on the U.S. Roundtable for Sustainable Beef and the U.S. Roundtable for Sustainable Poultry and Egg.

Ryan Crawford joined Arvest Bank's commercial banking operations in the Fayetteville region and will replace the retired Ernie Penn at its Farmington location. Crawford has 13 years of banking experience and most recently served as a commercial banker for Arvest in Benton County. He earned a bachelor's degree in English at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.

Missy Darwin Kincaid joins the Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families as its first Northwest Arkansas development director. She was vice president of development at Walton Arts Center for 18 years. She also spent 13 years in outreach and administration in Washington as part of the Clinton administration, for Sen. David Pryor and in the nonprofit sector. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
