Sydney Lynn Davis and Colin Gregory Carr have made plans to marry April 4 at Park Hill Baptist Church in North Little Rock.
She is the daughter of Judy and Kim Davis of Sherwood and the granddaughter of Odean and the late Dean Davis of Ashdown and the late Dean and J.T. Fisher. She's a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, with a bachelor's degree in interior design and is an associate designer with Wilson Associates in Dallas.
He is the son of Karen and Gregg Car of Arlington, Texas. His grandparents are Linnie and the late Charles Etheridge of Beaumont, Texas, and the late Jackie and Dennis Ray Carr. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from UA and is a mechanical engineer with Core States Group in Dallas.
