Carter-Hayes
Wedding vows were exchanged by Whitney Woodall Hayes and the Rev. Matthew Taylor Carter on Oct. 10 at Wynne First United Methodist Church. The Rev. Mark Norman officiated.
The parents of the bride are Retha and Dr. Rob Hayes of Wynne. She is the granddaughter of Gene Woodall of Little Rock, the late Earnestine Woodall and the late Ann Hayes Cooper and Dr. Bob Hayes.
The groom is the son of Dianne and Mike Carter of El Dorado. His grandparents are Margie Carter of Crossett, the late Johnny Carter and the late Dora and Jimmy Phillips.
Attending the bride were Emry Hayes, Aubrey Carter, Morgan McKnight, Jill Young, Chloe Newlin, Jessica Wyatt and Holly Goslin. Attending the groom were Will Carter, Tony Angell, Paul Purifoy, Drew Hayes, James Kjorlaug, Scott Shell and Jonathan Bevil.
A reception at the Merriman in Wynne was held after the ceremony.
The bride graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in psychology. She is a dental assistant.
The groom graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in family sciences. He serves as the pastor of First United Methodist Church in Wynne.
The couple will live in Wynne, after a honeymoon at Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts.
Davis-Carter
Morgan Leann Carter and Larry Lee Davis Jr. were married on Oct. 17 at Liberty Hill Baptist Church in Little Rock.
The bride is the daughter of Sandra and Preston Williams of Little Rock.
The parents of the groom are Laverne and Larry Davis Sr. of Jonesboro.
The couple will reside in Little Rock.
Williams-Hardy
The marriage of Katasha Nicole Hardy and Andre Michael Williams was held Oct. 10 at King Solomon Baptist Church in North Little Rock.
The bride is the daughter of Charles Hardy of Little Rock and the late Alfreda Riggins.
The groom is the son of Saundra and Jimmy Williams Sr. of Little Rock.
The couple will live in Little Rock.
