Arkansas Attorney General says electronic signatures for voter registration only valid on forms from secretary of state

The state Attorney General's office issued an opinion Wednesday saying that electronic signatures for voter registration applications were "generally valid" under Arkansas law, but that registration forms must be created and distributed by the Secretary of State.
