Elaine Massacre museum group sues Little Rock contractor over faulty work on historic building

The Elaine Legacy Center Inc. the non-profit organization dedicated to memorializing the 1919 massacre in Phillips County, on Monday sued the contractor hired to restore the 105-year-old building the organization is converting to a museum and education center.
