A 23-year-old man who shot two Little Rock brothers, killing one of them, in a video-recorded encounter shown to a Pulaski County jury, was cleared of murder charges Thursday when jurors found his actions to be reckless manslaughter instead of the deliberate attack prosecutors had accused him of staging.
