ASU’s schedule jumbled as Sun Belt expands to 11 Arkansas State will host four Sun Belt Conference opponents, including two of the 11-team conference’s newest members, but the Red Wolves will go without playing one newcomer, Georgia Southern, and an old standby, Troy, in Blake Anderson’s first season as coach in 2014.

LAWRENCE, Kan. — Naadir Tharpe had 19 points to lead five Kansas players who scored 10 or more points, and the fifth-ranked Jayhawks held off Oklahoma 83-75 on Monday night to wrap up a share of their 10th consecutive Big 12 championship. Wayne Selden and Andrew Wiggins added 15 points each, and Joel Embiid had 12 points and 13 rebounds for the Jayhawks (22-6, 13-2 ), who poured off the bench at the buzzer to celebrate their 57th conference title, the most of any team in the country.

BASKETBALL Former Razorback to speak at Tip Off Club Former Arkansas Razorback Rickey Medlock will be the guest speaker at today’s Downtown Tip Off Club meeting at the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel in North Little Rock. Lunch will be served at 11:15 a.m. and the program will begin at noon. Admission is $15 for members and $20 for non-members.
