Cora Elizabeth Reynolds

Cora Elizabeth Reynolds (Beth Reynolds), 73 went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 9, 2010 at her home in Alicia. She was a missionary to Africa, a homemaker and former mayor of Alicia. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Gaston and Lela Margaret Tubbs Haley and grandparents. She shared her life with her husband, Marvin Reynolds; four sons, Randy of Newport, Timmy of Malvern, Teddy of McNeil and Robby of Washington D.C. and their families; three sisters, Carol Smith of Cabot, Sue Murphree of Little Rock; Jean Loetscher of Mt. Vernon, Mo.; brother, Buddy Haley of Ward, Ark.; four grandchildren, Joshua Liles Sr., Fashima, Caleb and Nathan Reynolds; four great-grandchildren, Joshua Liles Jr, Gracie Dawn Liles, Jazlyn and Ava Baker and a multitude of friends Her request was to be cremated and in lieu of a funeral service she preferred a "Celebration of Life". This celebration will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 14, 2010 at the Alicia Baptist Church, where her husband serves as pastor. House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers she requested donations be made to the City of Alicia, P.O. Box 32, 72410, or the Alicia Baptist Church, P.O.
