James Zander Sachs

James Zander Sachs of Little Rock, died August 15th. He was a 1938 graduate of Riverside Military Academy. Jim was born in Paragould, Arkansas to the late Irving and Lucille Loeb Sachs. He is survived by his sister Betty S. Prousnitzer of Little Rock, and a brother, William L. Sachs of Memphis. In addition, he is survived by a nephew, Chuck Prousnitzer and his family and a niece, Harriet P. Strasberg and her family. He worked for many years as the office manager at A. Tennenbaum and Company and after retirement for numerous volunteer organizations. A short memorial service will be held for family and friends at Temple B'Nai Israel , Friday at 5 p.m. Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Donations in his honor can be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, or the charity of your choice.
