Edward A. Leding, Jr., 77, of North Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2010. He was born in 1933 in Paris, Arkansas. He was a member of Immaculate Conception and a civil servant for 25 years. Edward was a caring brother, devoted husband, and loving father and grandfather. He loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine; mother, Josephine; father, Edward; and sister, Patsy. He is survived by his second wife, Yoshi; son, Edward III (Peggy) of Cooper City, Florida; daughter, Lynda (Dan) of Jacksonville; step-daughter, Angel (Carl); step-son, Louie (Tina); nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Special thanks to the Baptist Heart transplant doctors and team and to the CVICU nurses. In lieu of flowers contributions should be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 7000 John F. Kennedy, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m., Saturday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will by in St. Joseph Cemetery, Paris, Arkansas.
