Garland Eugene Gardner

Garland Eugene Gardner, CMSgt, USAF, Retired, age 59, of Jacksonville, passed away August 24, 2010. He was born March 3, 1951 in Fayetteville, Ark. Gene was a Baptist and member of Landmark Baptist Church. He was also a member of the Chief's Men of Faith, LRAFB Chief's Group, IMBA, and AFSA. He moved here from Scott AFB IL twelve years ago. Gene is survived by his wife, Nola; mother, Justine Gardner; two sons, Randall Eugene and his wife, Carrie Gardner and Scott Taylor, and his wife, Silke Gardner; one sister, Linda (Don) Wilhite; and four grandchildren, Lauren, Cassidy, Bailey, and Avery Gardner. Visitation will be Thursday, August 26, 6 to 8 p.m. at Wood Bean Family Memorial Center Chapel. Service will be Friday, August 27, 9 a.m. at Landmark Baptist Church, 1700 General Samuels Road, Jacksonville, Ark.
