Glenis Waite

Glenis Waite, 80, of Alexander, Ark., a loving wife, mother and grandmother who praised the Lord in all things, lost her battle with cancer on Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010, but gained the beginning of eternal life. She is survived by family and friends who love her dearly, including her husband of 59 years, Henry Waite; three children, Kay Richeson, Michael and James Waite; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and many more that claimed her as their own. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Gladys Anne; and her parents, Glen Edgar and Clara Mae Bishop. Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 12, 2010, at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, 10200 Hwy 5 North, Alexander (501-455-1067).
