John Michael "Mike" Sheehan

John Michael "Mike" Sheehan, died, Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010, after a brief illness. This world has lost a true character that loved and lived life to the fullest. He had a dry wit, wild imagination and a sense of fun that is unsurpassed. He was born in El Dorado, Ark. on April 4, 1937, to John "Son" and Elizabeth Sheehan. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity. Mike loved his family, his many friends, his home and life in general. Preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Linda James Sheehan, he is survived by his wife, Linda Marlowe Sheehan; his daughter, Kelly Van Pelt (Kirk); his son, Patrick Sheehan (Liza); his sister, Shirley Young; grandchildren, James, Joe, Kaitlyn, Rose, Hannah, John and Hugh and step-daughters, Kelly Marlowe and Jennifer Bradford (Kent).
