Jimmie D. Horton

Jimmie D. Horton, age 81, of Bryant, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2010 at Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton. She was born on Oct. 24, 1928 to the late "Square" Childs and Lucille Childs in Louisville, Miss. She was the church office secretary and a member of Indian Springs Baptist Church in Bryant. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her spouse, Randy Horton, and one son, Jamie Reynolds. She is survived by two sons, Tom Reynolds of Bryant and Jeff Reynolds of Jacksonville; one daughter, Sue Reynolds; eight grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m., Monday, July 19, 2010 at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton (501-315-4047) with Rev. Tom Williams and Rev. Bennie Grant officiating. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander. Serving as pallbearers will be Keith Pierce, Tony Pierce, Jeff Reynolds III, Tyler Reynolds, Shawn Blair and Gary Kettles.
