Nina Rose Burleson

Nina Rose Burleson, 67, of Sherwood passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2010. She was born March 14, 1943 in Atkins, Arkansas to the late William Adam and Ruby Bernard Harris. Nina retired from Phillips Lighting of Little Rock after 24 years of service. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Tricia Burleson, of North Little Rock, Michael and Kim Doyle, of Morrilton and Ronald and Eva Doyle, of North Little Rock; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Sue McHolan, of Gravel Ridge; and brothers, J.B. Harris, of Vilonia, Buddy Harris, of North Little Rock and Johnny Harris, of Hot Springs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Romey L. Burleson; son, Johnny Lee Doyle; grandson, Blake Burleson; three sisters and three brothers. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Thursday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
