Shelia Renay Shaw
Shelia Renay Shaw, 51, of Conway, Arkansas, passed away Monday, June 28, 2010, at Conway Regional Health Center. She was born September 26, 1958, in Trumann, Arkansas, a daughter of Don and Lois Smith. Shelia was a loving and respected teacher in Conway and Bigelow, and had a special gift for teaching. She adored the children she taught. She was a graduate of Harrison High School, and the University of Central Arkansas, where she was a member of the drill team and cheerleader. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Conway, and had taught Sunday school there.
Her favorite role in life was being a mom to her children, Kylee Renay and Seth Hardin Shaw, both of Conway; she is also survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Don Smith of Cordova, Tennessee; sisters, Sherry Ann Vohra of Ridgeland, Mississippi; Shannon Dawn Campbell of Conway; a brother, Donald Ray Smith II of Cordova, Tennessee; nephews, Shaun Smith of New Orleans, Louisiana; Morgan and Carson Campbell both of Harrison, Arkansas; and her niece, Shelly Smith of Ridgeland, Mississippi.
Funeral will be 10 a.m., Thursday, July 1, 2010, in the chapel of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway, with Bro. Don Chandler officiating. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
