Sharon Kay Jones

Sharon Kay Jones, age 63, of Collierville, Tennessee passed away, Monday, April 4, 2011. She was born July 4, 1947 to the late Floyd and Florene Shotts Tackett. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Mike Tackett. She was a member of the Southbend United Methodist Church. Her family was her hobby. Sharon was known as a giving, generous person. She is survived by her husband, Glen Jones, and a daughter, Tracy Carter both of Collierville, Tennessee; three grandchildren, Christopher Carter, Jesse Carter, and Kayleigh Carter. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, April 7, 2011 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksonville, Arkansas with Rev. Garren Hagemeier officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home 501-982-2136.
