Billy Ray Milam, 63, of Beebe, died Saturday April 16, 2011. He is survived by one sister, Irma Sarringer of Searcy; two nieces; three great-nieces; and one great-nephew. Visitation will be Sunday April 17 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at Westbrook Funeral Home in Beebe.
