Robert Lester "Bob" Moers

Robert Lester "Bob" Moers was born on April 1, 1933 to Mabel and Lester Moers of Chicago, Illinois. He died peacefully on April 19, 2011 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Bob is survived by three children, Jennifer Moers Smith, Patricia Moers Brady and Michael Robert Moers; eight grandchildren, Zachary, Caroline, Camille, Nick, Nathan, Davis, Anna and Laney; four siblings, Judi Hardman, Susan Moers, Don Moers and Ron Moers. Bob graduated from William F. Taft High School in Chicago in 1951. He attended Northern Illinois State Teachers College (now Northern Illinois University) and served the Army's 82nd Airborne Division. After college, Bob worked in Peoria and Boston before moving to Hope, Arkansas to work at Klipsch & Associates for 20 years, eventually becoming President. After leaving Klipsch, Bob moved to Fayetteville where he cultivated many friendships. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Department of Veteran's Affairs.
