LouElla McKinney, age 74, of Smithville, Ark., died April 23, 2011 at her home. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the Jehovah's Witness Ash Flat Kingdom Hall with Joe Thomas officiating. All arrangements are by Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Ark.
