Ray H. Schroeder, Jr

Ray H. Schroeder Jr. passed away Thursday, April 21, 2011 after a long illness. He was born June 23, 1943 in Muscatine, Iowa, and raised by his loving grandparents, Hilda and Otto Schroeder of Wilton, Iowa. He attended Wilton High School and graduated in 1963. He spent 16 years in the United States Air Force. Ray married Barbara Barger of Lonoke, Arkansas in 1979. His father, Ray Schroeder preceded him in death in 1977. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Schroeder, son, Kevin L. Schroeder, daughter, Sherri R. Williamson, seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, many other loving family members and friends. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Ballard officiating. Entombment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum in Jacksonville. Arrangements are by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home 501-982-2136.
