LaRue Plummer Anderson

LaRue Plummer Anderson, 78, of Plumerville, died in Bethany, Oklahoma on Sunday, August 7, 2011. She was born in Plumerville, Arkansas on January 27, 1933, a daughter of Samuel Carl and Mabel Malone Plummer. She was a graduate of Plumerville High School in 1951. She was a charter member of St. Mark United Methodist Church in Bethany. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 55 years, Norman Ramon Anderson; her daughter, Ramona Smith; and her son-in-law, Bob Stephenson. She is survived by her brother, Bill Plummer of Plumerville; daughters, Marsha Stephenson, Jan Parker, Maribeth White and her husband, Mark. She has five grandsons and one granddaughter; two great-granddaughters. Funeral Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Plummerville United Methodist Church. Rev. VonDell Mooney will officiate.
