They also opened Vango Galleries in Russellville, which they ran for more than 20 years. A memorial ceremony is planned Oct. 7 at Historic Union Station in Little Rock at 7 p.m. Loibner will be best remembered for his love of the outdoors, especially Lake Ouachita, and instilling that love in his sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and the young men in his scout troop.
