Viola Joseph Cornett

Viola Joseph Cornett, 74, of Judsonia, born Sept. 24, 1937, in Viper, Ky. to Reason and Carrie Joseph, passed away on Friday, Dec. 2, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, and five brothers. Viola was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who was loved by her family and friends. Viola is survived by her husband of 55 years, Cornelius Cornett; six children, Brenda Gibson and husband, Mel of Searcy, Roger Cornett and wife, Paula of Maumelle, Pat Jones and husband, Rick of Searcy, Ronnie Cornett and wife, Brenda of Searcy, Donnie Cornett of Judsonia, and Ricky Cornett and wife, Sophia of Maumelle; one brother, Lawrence Joseph of Viper, Ky.; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at 6-8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 5, 2011, at Judsonia Church of Christ, 392 Jackson Ave, Judsonia.
