Herbert Rodger Bailey

Herbert Rodger Bailey, 69, of Beebe, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 5, 2011. He was born September 9, 1942 in Searcy, Arkansas, a son of the late Herbert and Irene Bates Bailey. He was owner and operator of Bettco Structural Steel and was a Mason. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Dean Barker and two brothers, Howard Kirkland and Bill Kirkland. He is survived by four daughters, Lesa Chambers, Jan Mays and her husband Tim, Tonya Wells, and Donna Deering; two sons, Glen Carman and Micky Carman; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one brother, Carl Bailey. The family wishes to thank the staff at Chenal Heights Nursing Home. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 7, 2011, at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, (501) 224-8300. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, December 8, 2011 at the funeral home. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 p.m., Mt.
