Hershel L. Scallion

Mr. Hershel L. Scallion, age 84, of Paron died Sunday January 30, 2011. He was born November 11, 1926 in Lonoke, Arkansas. Hershel was an upholsterer and of the Pentecostal faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Sarah Scallion, wife, Alpha Scallion, sisters, Maysel Savola, Maxine Blair, half-sister, Judy Tate, half-brother, Elton Martin. Survivors, sons, Don Scallion and Joseph Neil Scallion, both of Paron; daughter, Linda Kay Lattin, Paron; brothers, John Scallion, Woodson; David scallion, Woodson; Bob Scallion, Harrison; sisters, Elizabeth Moore, Virginia; Eunice Bowers, California; Evelyn Wiggins, Florida; eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
