Grady George Moses Starr, 93, a WW II veteran of Beebe, born in Enola, Ark., on June 7, 1917, was called home to be with the Lord on Feb. 2, 2011. His parents, Arthur Starr and Artie Garland Starr precede him in death. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 70 years, Pauline Watson Starr; sister, Vivian Cheek Sehorn of Bakersfield, Calif.; sons, Donald (Linda), Larry (Suzanne), Mike (Janie); and daughter, Sonia Spigner (Tom); loving grandchildren, Don, Tammy Waldron (Steve), Michelle Salazar (Alex), Mark, Meredith, T.J. Spigner (Kristin) and Elizabeth Spigner; great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Alec, Alexa and Alyssa; as well as beloved nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Feb. 6 from 2-4 p.m. at Wood Bean Family Memorial Center, 2620 W Main Street, Jacksonville, Ark. Funeral services will be held at the Romance Church of Christ on Feb. 7 at 3 p.m. Memorials may be sent to Arkansas Hospice, Inc., 14 Parkstone Circle, North Little Rock, Ark. 72116.
