Maria Teresa Barboza

Maria Teresa Barboza, age 89, of Bryant, Arkansas died Monday, February 14, 2011 at the Saline Memorial Hospital. She was born in Catano, Puerto Rico to her late parents, Pedro Antonio Frau and Carmen Belen Marrero on October 29, 1921. Maria enjoyed painting and making crafts. She is survived by her two sons, Raymond Barboza (Jodi) of Little Rock, Ark. and Gene Barboza (Nivea) of Longview, Texas; her sister, Laura Negron of New York and four grandchildren, Jason Barboza of Dallas, Texas, Daniel Barboza of Puerto Rico, Heather and Mattew Barboza both of Little Rock, Ark. She is preceded in death by her husband John Barboza and her son, John Amaury Barboza. A Memorial Service will be at 2 p.m., Friday, February 18, 2011 at Fox Ridge Nursing Home in Bryant.
