Billy Thomas Sloan, 81, of Camden passed away February 12. He was born February 14, 1929. Survived by his wife, Ruby Sloan of 61 years; sister, Sue Stiffler of Camden; and one brother Phillip Rusch of Camden; one son, Wayne Sloan; two daughters, Karen Sharp and Nancy Brown. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, February 20 at the Bethesda Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Proctor's in Camden.
