Betty Hethcox

Betty L. Hethcox, age 85, of Alexander, was reunited with her first love, Jesus Christ, Wednesday, February 23, 2011. She was born July 22, 1925 in Lincoln, Nebraska to the late Lee and Margaret Tams. Mrs. Hethcox was a beloved mother and a member of Cornerstone Fellowship Church. She is survived by her four children, Doug Hethcox of Alexander, Teresa Riddling of Benton, Gary Hethcox of Maumelle and Daryl Hethcox of Mabelvale; brother, Olen Tams of Hot Springs; sister, Donna Jean Fincher of Hot Springs; nine grandchildren, Chris Koller, Traci Rutherford, Kristi Mack, John Mazzia, Jason Mazzia, Jordy Hethcox, Stacey Parrish, Dawnna Dedman and Taylor Hethcox and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, February 24 at Ashby Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, February 25 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at Pine Crest Memorial Park. Bro.
