John New

John New, 78, of Hot Springs passed away, Thursday, February 24, 2011. He was born June 7, 1932 in Bethpage, Tennessee to the late Mary Lee Brittain New and Claude New. He was a member of Grand Avenue United Methodist Church; member of Elks Lodge 380, Lions club and Arkansas Rangers. He was a retired truck driver. Survivors include four sons; David New, Keith New, Scott New, Bob New; one daughter, Laura Lee; two brothers, James Tucker, Marty Tucker; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday at Hot Springs Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor George Rook officiating.
