Stella V. Bennett

Stella V. Bennett was born to the late Delia and Johnie Osborne in Marion Alabama. She passed away peacefully at home. She married Isiah Bennett Sr., From that union seven children were born. They raised their children in Omaha Nebraska, where she was a member of Paradise Baptist church under the leadership of the late Pastor Willie J. Washington for many years. After her health begin to fail she moved to Little Rock, Ark. with her son and family. In Arkansas she united with Greater New Hope Baptist church under the leadership of her son Pastor Isiah Bennett, Jr. She was a dedicated member, everyone loved her spirit. Mother Bennett never met a stranger, she would converse with anyone and would give you advice weather you asked for it or not. We will forever miss her pleasant and outgoing spirit. She leaves to cherish her memory to her children, Tina Martin(LeRoy), Debra Littlejohn (Alonzo), Patricia Bennett, Michael Bennett (Jackie), Pastor Isiah Bennett, Jr. (Cheryl) and Willie Bennett (Inez), Siblings; four sisters, Clara Hunter(Prichard Alabama), Alma Knight (Omaha, Nebraska), Dorothy Sellers, Etoy Mott (New York, New York). One Brother Joe Osborne (Sharon) and Sister-in-Law Barbara Osborne (Detroit Michigan); Deceased Relatives: Robert Bennett (Son), Delia and Johnie Osborne (Parents), John, Otha, Genie and Lawrence Osborne (Brothers), Hattie Cooper ( Sister), special niece, Lula Bennett.
